Andrew Hall is a director of ‘Success In Schools’, a company dedicated to Safeguarding and Child Protection. Success In Schools runs courses at various levels to cover all members of staff from Basic Safeguarding through to training for ‘Nominated Safeguarding Children Advisors’. The company audits school policies to ensure they are effective and compliant with relevant legislation.

Andrew Hall runs workshops and seminars throughout the year covering a variety of topics, including leading teams, supporting middle leaders, working with and supporting difficult people. Andrew uses his experience of special schools to lead workshops for teaching assistants and induction sessions for teachers new to special school work.
